| Foreigner’s short-term job in China refers to entry because of the following reasons with a stay no more than 90 days: |
| (1) To complete certain technology, scientific research, management, or guidance work at a partner’s place in China; |
| (2) Tryout at sports institutions in China (including coaches and athletes); |
| (3) To shoot films (including advertisements and documentaries); |
| (4) Fashion show (including car model, shooting for print ads, etc.); |
| (5) Commercial performance concerning foreign affairs. |
